I wanted to take a moment to express how grateful we are for the opportunity to serve you through creative catering and events over the last year. We are proud to say Good Gracious! weathered the storm, and we are energized to be moving forward again by pleasing our dear guests.

This quote might seem as if we do not want to impress you, but really, we focus on pleasing our guests first and impressing them second. With the intention of exceeding all your expectations, we take hospitality very seriously when producing your event.

People ask me all the time, especially after the year we’ve all had, how Good Gracious! remains at the top of such a competitive industry and saturated market. I think it’s a variety of things that I will discuss in this blog post, but first and foremost, I believe our wealth of knowledge and resources sets us apart. Through proving ourselves for over 35 years, we have solidified what we can bring to the table. Once we receive the opportunity to collaborate with a new client, we begin to establish a long-lasting relationship that is truly built on trust, creativity and expertise. 


When I founded Good Gracious!, I promised to strive to be the BEST, not the biggest. I believe it’s this philosophy that has kept us in business for decades with a robust, expanding clientele. Each and every client is a VIP in our eyes, and we keep a strict rule of not over-extending ourselves to make sure that a Good Gracious! team member is dedicated to each client on each event. Besides the emphasis on hospitality, our food is award-winning, and we maintain a reputation for consistently producing delicious food with style and flair. Our trusted clients have come to rely on us as their event planner as well as their caterer, and we are very happy to coordinate all details from inception to completion to ensure a smooth, successful occasion.  Our event planning portfolio encompasses weddings, milestone moments, corporate events, luxury gifting, and non-profit events. We rely upon our vast network of venues and vendors so that the perfect space to host your event will always be secured. Our special relationship with these A-list creative vendors and venues make it possible to over-deliver on our clients’ visions and help us execute successful events time after time. 


Another feature of the Good Gracious! experience is our fabulous tastings. We love the opportunity to host clients and deliver a personalized introduction to our hospitality, which of course, comes with fabulous food and conversation. It’s in these tastings, where we will listen closely and ask poignant questions so we can get a complete understanding of our clients’ needs, priorities and desires.


We view ourselves as your ambassador through execution, culinary, service and hospitality. Often following an event, our clients will exclaim, “We cannot do this event without you!” After all, our goal is to please you, so this is how we measure an event’s success!

We have smaller teams working in the kitchen so that everyone is adequately spaced 6 feet apart per WHO guidelines. We have also implemented temperature scanning upon arrival to our kitchen and encourage our staff to stay home and use company-paid sick hours if they are not feeling well.

Our team wears gloves and masks while on the premises. They wash hands hourly at minimum and sanitize the kitchen frequently throughout each day using EPA-approved disinfectant for the fight against COVID-19.  

Our food has always been prepared on-site daily to ensure freshness and upmost safety standards. Ordering and payment are done through our website so that our guests can enjoy contactless curbside pick-up. 

Our new packaging includes meal seals to ensure the food and drink items have not been opened or tampered with during the pick-up or delivery process.
