We are so happy to see 2021 come in!!! As a company, we had to redefine our 2021 catering services to keep ourselves relevant and to adjust to the circumstances of having almost no live events. We will continue to do so until events get the green light to come back. We thought we would take a moment in this blog post to keep all our updates in one place.
The challenges and sadness of 2020 still loom over us, but it seems we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. With the vaccine in place, we are hopeful we will slowly return to some normalcy by the summer.
As clients, you allowed us to open our minds to recreate our food and beverage ideas to meet your virtual and hybrid event needs. Needless to say, we have become EXPERTS in all the following areas of catering service to keep ourselves busy and extending our working relationships in new creative directions.

Boxed Lunches are available for your essential working staff. We can deliver a secured box with wrapped utensils and fabulous menu selections to accommodate chicken, beef and vegetarian options. This is a lovely way to promote team bonding and a nice idea to keep your team unified and motivated.
Virtual Dinner Events continue to be a popular way to keep your team and clients connected. We can provide beautifully presented, cooked dinner menus so your guests can enjoy luxurious meals at home while they tune in to your digital event. The meal can also include a cocktail, wine or champagne beverages. And we will arrange concierge delivery. Each package will include a menu card, and each food item will be labeled together with any reheating instructions. All your guests have to do is enjoy!
Digital Cooking Tutorial Events are also incredibly enjoyable as an activity with friends, family or work colleagues. For this service, we will prepare a menu and breakdown all food items into vacuum packs and containers. The package will then be shipped with ice packs overnight to all participates. A menu card featuring preparation and cooking instructions will be included. Our chefs are happy to pre-record a demo of cooking the meal as part of this offering.
Holiday-Themed Cookie Decorating is another family-friendly interactive activity and is available for shipping nationwide. We’ve seen friends and family connect via video conference to decorate cookies for Valentine’s, Easter, Fourth of July, birthday events and so many other celebratory occasions. We provide complete boxed kits that including themed cut-out cookies, a variety of frostings and sprinkles to make a creative experience approachable and enjoyable for you and your guests.
Last year, we opened an online MARKETPLACE for signature pantry staples and family meals including soups, salad, dressings, British hand pies, and cookies. These are available for pickup Monday through Friday and can be delivered.
We have heard your feedback and are currently working on shipping our hand pies, dressings and cookies nationally, so please stay tuned for updates!
See what people have been saying about our Marketplace meals.
On a final note, let’s all keep wearing our masks so we can overcome this virus. We cannot wait to be able to see you all in person again this year and give you a HUGE hug! Until then stay safe and you know where you can find us, should you need our 2021 catering services.
Until then…
Warmly,
Pauline Parry
