We absolutely loved providing a delicious and diverse menu for the #WeAllGrow Latina Summit! This event was created for bloggers and digital creators to grow their professional skills and network with their community!


With their mission being to elevate the connection and conversations between Latinas and the brands that want to work with them and with their communities, it?s easy to see why we loved being part of it!
At this event, we were able to showcase an array of our specialties. Starting with our breakfast cupcake wall! We included four types of cupcakes: french toast, cappuccino and donut, cranberry raisin and the gluten free option, buttermilk blueberry pancake.


We also provided savory items such as our avocado tomato burrata toast, zucchini carrot rose tartlet and smoked salmon paprika waffle. For something sweet, our dessert bar included recipes provided by the client: fruit galette, dulce de leche and banana tamales, apple pie, macarons with salted dulce de leche and flan cake! As an additional treat, we provided an elote cart, cinnamon sugar churros and refreshments of horchata and dia de los muertos cocktails!

We have smaller teams working in the kitchen so that everyone is adequately spaced 6 feet apart per WHO guidelines. We have also implemented temperature scanning upon arrival to our kitchen and encourage our staff to stay home and use company-paid sick hours if they are not feeling well.

Our team wears gloves and masks while on the premises. They wash hands hourly at minimum and sanitize the kitchen frequently throughout each day using EPA-approved disinfectant for the fight against COVID-19.  

Our food has always been prepared on-site daily to ensure freshness and upmost safety standards. Ordering and payment are done through our website so that our guests can enjoy contactless curbside pick-up. 

Our new packaging includes meal seals to ensure the food and drink items have not been opened or tampered with during the pick-up or delivery process.
